About Me

My journey into health and fitness was sparked by my own experience managing my scoliosis. I intuitively knew that if I was able to somehow strengthen my whole body, I would be able to recalibrate my body for its highest good.

 I soon realized that lifting heavy weights also helped me become strong in other areas of life, and this resulted in me being able to face life’s challenges with more ease. My path continued onto yoga and strength training, and I created a consistent practice that has now spanned now over a decade.

I am passionate about providing support to people of all ages who want to transform their bodies.

My focus is on helping people become lean, strong and toned without bulking up. I pride myself on my ability to empower all walks of life to achieve their best health and embrace a vibrant, active lifestyle.

By focusing on personalized sustainable strategies, my holistic approach addresses not just physical fitness but also mindset, accountability, and consistency.

I am also a board-certified health coach and I offer those services as a separate entity if you are interested.
